The Perfect Plan: Paintable

This is a simple idea and less of an invention per say.the idea is that, you have a space in which a single person can rent and just go beserk with paint on the walls and anything to release stress.

Charge them for the paint! Charge them for the room! It is perfect with onyl profit margins.
