Dr. Hounchell's Theory of Life and Everything: Black

Today's topic is the color black.

So black is a color that you think you can see. However the problem with that is that something that is truly black cannot be seen. Due to the fact that it does not reflect any light. Functionally, a black object is invisible.

For example, a black holes is black, because it cannot be seen and light cannot escape it. This began the question though if everything is invisible. Since light is the only method in which things can be perceived, is it possible that our ancestors were functionally blind.

Or perhaps even worse, the implication is that nothing but light exists.

I don't know. I'm not a real doctor. Think about it.
