Acting and More

My acting class is a constant reminder of my ability to act, where that be a good or a bad thing, it helps remind me.

This particular day, we did something called emotional switches. Penny's way of explaining this involved saying, pretend you are happy all over. To my surprise, after that she asked if we felt like mashed potatoes.

Interestingly, I did. And I didn't expect that. I had this strange sense of a pad of butter melting.

Then she asked us to feel despair in one leg and asked if the potato feels went away. Again it did. Her point was that emotions are full body, but it is possible to feel two emotions at once. Interesting.
