This premise is simple. It is a gel that you can put money into, so that you can put it into your freezer. From there, it freezes solid and as this, it makes it very difficult to pull your money free without chipping at ice. This means that any silly thing that you want to buy is something that you will have to think about. By thinking about it, maybe you will realize you don't actually want it.
