Who are the innovators of technology used by the average everyday person? Apple! And how are they doing this?

Using the dinosaur alien technology we've recovered over the few alien ships that we've shot down, Apple has been able to reverse engineer their technology. Wrist communicators? Apple watch? More like Ramulan spy equipment.
Do I have any evidence to support this theory? Yeah, obviously.
